Return and Refund Policy


Upon the receipt of the merchandise, please check the packaging.  If you find that the box or package is damaged in any way you should not accept it, report it as "damaged" to the delivery company and/or return it to them.  We strongly suggest making appropriate pictures of the damage on your camera or your electronic device if it has that capability.  We will not be responsible for the merchandise that was damaged while in transit and will not provide reimbursement if the damage had not been reported at the time of delivery.

In case you are not satisfied with a product you can return most of the items within 14 calendar days from the date of your actual receipt of that product.  All return claims must be done in written form with the detailed problem explanation and be sent to [email protected].  Any return claims made after 14 day period will be denied.  If for any reason the item is unreturnable it will be specifically marked as such on the product order page.  An authorization to return any item must be issued by our Customer Service, which will be sent to you by e-mail.  No returns will be taken in and no reimbursements or credits will be made for the merchandise being returned without proper authorization.

Worldwide Trade and Sales LLC will be responsible the for merchandise that is found defective or sent in error provided that the problem was reported within 14 days of receiving the product. RMA returns for any other reason will incur a minimum 25% restocking fee.  Worldwide Trade and Sales LLC will not be held responsible for return shipping charges, any taxes or customs. Worldwide Trade and Sales LLC will not accept returns shipped C.O.D. or collect.

Please note: If any additional terms and condition of returning a sold item is applicable it will appear on the product order page and/or be pointed out in clear manner pertaining to that product, item or category.  Some of the items may be considered hazardous materials for shipping purposes. All sales on these items are final.


Refunds and Exchanges

After We have received your valid return, We will send you an email to notify you that We have received your returned item and notify you of the acceptance or rejection of your return.

If your return is accepted by Us, We will provide one of the following within a reasonable time: an exchange of merchandise for the item returned, a non-transferable merchandise credit, a credit to the payment card or original method of payment used to pay for the item, a check, or another remedy that we determine in good faith is appropriate in the circumstances.



If you do not comply with any of the above conditions, We reserve the right to refuse the return or exchange, or to impose different or additional conditions.
